Innovation by design is a pilot project of members of DTX and the Design at Business Community in collaboration with the Center for Business Innovation at Chalmers University of Technology to explore podcasts as a way to share community knowledge and gain research insights.
The first idea to this podcast came from a meeting of the DTX community in San Francisco at Kaiser Permanente’s Garfield Center. In as small breakout session, the idea emerged that there should be a fast, more direct way to spread knowledge amongst members of the community. Inspired by the idea, I used the post card reminder which was part of the event as a trigger to act upon the idea. However, it wasn’t until I met Maren Christin Müller (SAP, driving the Design at Business Community) showed up at the second DTX meeting, that the idea started to take shape. Together with Maren I discussed names, formats, interviewees, financing etc. over numbers emails and we finally decided to give it a go.
The podcast is recorded and produced by Ingo Rauth, a post-doc researcher at Chalmers University of Technology. The recoding of the podcast is sponsored by the Center for Business Innovation at Chalmers University of Technology.
